Omneone — Early Access Terms of Service

By requesting access you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. What Omneone is. Omneone diagnoses Okta sign-in and app-access problems. The diagnosis runs entirely in your browser, talking directly to your own Okta organization using your own admin sign-in over OIDC (Authorization Code + PKCE, no client secret).

2. Trust boundary. The hosted portion of Omneone is an onboarding and account portal only. We never receive your Okta tokens, and we never receive your Okta System Log or user/policy data. The only tenant configuration we store is non-secret: your Okta org URL and your public PKCE client ID.

3. Early access & free use. Omneone is offered free of charge during early access, provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any uptime or service-level commitment. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued access after early access may require a paid license, with reasonable notice before any charges apply.

4. Accounts & eligibility. Access is granted by approval. You represent that you are authorized by your organization to connect Omneone to its Okta org and to read that org's System Log, users, apps, and policies, and that you will use an Okta admin account you are entitled to use.

5. Acceptable use. You will not use Omneone against an Okta org you are not authorized to administer, attempt to access another tenant's account or data, or attempt to breach the service's access controls.

6. Data we store. For the account and onboarding function only: your account email and authentication metadata, the intake information you submit, your approval status, your assigned subdomain, your acceptance of these terms, and your tenant's non-secret Okta config. We do not store Okta tokens, System Log records, or diagnosis results. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, what we deliberately never see, and your choices in full — by accepting these terms you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty. Omneone is provided without warranty of any kind. It surfaces likely causes from your Okta data; it does not guarantee diagnostic correctness, and you remain responsible for decisions made using its output.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omneone's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated to your account email or shown in the portal. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
